    I really like the pistachio fruity filling, not only does it add color, but great crunch too :D.

    Kudos for using agave nectar! I've fallen in love with the stuff, but I'm always too timid to try it in certain baking projects. I'm glad to know that, while it may have impeded the rising, it didn't seem to affect the taste. Your fillings sound AWESOME, too!
